"Escape from L.A" Prop Ax and Grenade

Description

Created by the production for use in the film "Escape from L.A." (1996). This is a two-piece lot consisting of a prop ax and a prop grenade.

Prop Ax: Foam ax painted to look like it has a wooden handle and silver-toned metal blade. Ball on opposite end of blade.

Prop Grenade: Green foam hand grenade with round body.

Obtained from Sotheby's.

Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.

Condition

Prop Ax: Nail hole in proper right side of handle near bottom from previous display. Two small areas of paint worn off on proper right side of blade.

Prop Grenade: Several small pin holes on one side from previous display.
